Ineke’s aim is to provide a professional, confidential and safe environment where you can meet and discuss your issues. She works from the Psychotherapy Centre, 1st Floor Federated Farmers Bldg, 169 London St, Hamilton. Hours: 9am to 6pm most days.

Ineke-CastinaIneke uses a ‘narrative’ client-centred approach which says that people are the experts on their own lives. She works with individuals, couples and families, and has a special interest in immigrant families.
Ineke has taught on the counselling programme at WINTEC; she was the Waikato/Tauranga Moana/Rotorua Regional Rep on the National Executive of NZAC 2014–16.
As well as providing professional supervision for other counsellors and people in related fields, she has regular supervision herself as a member of NZAC.
She is an approved EAP and MHN (Midland Health Network) counsellor and is experienced in counselling people with intellectual disabilities. Ineke counsels clients from the Family Court to sort out issues with custody and access.
Ineke also works with gay, lesbian and gender nonconforming clients; she is contracted by the NZ AIDS Foundation to do Rapid HIV testing.
Ineke is registered with ACC as a sexual abuse counsellor and has no surcharges.
